All members must abide by these terms and conditions when utilizing The Gym at Mubadala Tower. The Gym at Mubadala Tower reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time, in which case notices will be displayed throughout The Gym.

Membership

The Gym at Mubadala Tower reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member who is in breach of these terms and conditions or is guilty of conduct which, in the view of the management of The Gym at Mubadala Tower, is offensive to other members and/or staff or represents a health and safety danger.
The management has the right to close any outlets within the gym for the reason of maintenance (regular or emergency). The total number of days will not be compensated.
The Gym membership at Mubadala Tower is not Cancelable, transferable nor freezable.
Members must present their membership cards at the main reception desk prior using the Gym’s facilities.
All Members are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the Gym and keep the Gym assets and equipment’s in proper conditions.
Neither management nor the employees of The Gym will be held responsible or liable for any loss (items) belonging to The Gym’s members.
Mobile with camera and video cameras are strictly not allowed in the SPA and during ladies Timings. Membership will be immediately canceled for those who fail to adhere to the rules.
The members using the gym facilities at their own risk and that The Gym will not be responsible for any injury, accident or death that may occur.

Fitness Gym

All members must receive full induction into the use of the equipment prior to using the facilities. • All members should dress appropriately at all times.
During busy periods, the use of cardiovascular equipment (Treadmills, Bikes, Climbers, Rowing machines, etc) may be limited to 15 minutes on any one piece of equipment.
Members are requested to maintain personal hygiene at all times, using towels and wipers clean the equipment after use.
Free weights are to remain in their designated area and are to be returned to the racks after .

Swimming Pool

Appropriate swimming attire must be worn at all times in the swimming pool area and in the communal changing areas.
All members must shower before entering the swimming pool.
Please leave all the personal belongings in lockers provided.
Please read and observe the notices instructions/requests of the swimming pool lifeguard.
Members must not use the swimming pool unless a life guard is present.
Diving is not permitted anywhere in the swimming pool.

Health and Safety

Smoking is not permitted at The Gym.
All members must inform staff of any medical condition which may affect their use of the facilities.
Members shall be responsible for monitoring their physical condition during exercise.
Members agree and acknowledge that they use the facilities at their own risk and that The Gym at Mubadala Tower will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable, in any way, for any personal injury or death resulting from the use of the facilities. Members therefore agree to waive any and all claims that they may have against The Gym at Mubadala Tower, Mubadala Investment Company and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, assign and successors.

Lockers

Lockers should be used for the storages of personal items at all the times. For security reasons and for the benefit of all members, all lockers must be emptied at the end of each session. All lockers will be checked and emptied at the end of each day.
The Gym at Mubadala Tower is not liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, any personal belongings

Opening Hours – General
The opening times may be changed from time to time. In such circumstances, The Gym at Mubadala Tower will seek to provide members with reasonable advance warning of the changes. The current opening time for the gym at Mubadala Tower is from Monday-Friday 6am-10pm & Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm , seven days a week. The Gym at Mubadala Tower may from time to time withdraw the use of all or any part of the facilities where and when it is for repair, maintenance, alteration, alternative use or for safety reasons.
